Our Old Hangout Spot

That's what became of our favorite hangout spots. That Abbercrappy & Bitch? It used to be a Sam Goody, it used to have a huge wall of anime DVDs. It was a huge, huge, store - two floors, I think. Then it got moved to an even smaller spot to make place for that shitty store. B( Pretty much ALL of the good stores are gone...The magic shop, the one with all the neat merchandise based on classic TV shows, the glow-in-the-dark store. All gone. Kind of not worth hanging out there anymore, it's your basic mall now.

And yes...the Iranian regime really did recently proclaimed to be creating an "Internet Army". Somehow I think these guys are just asking to be trolled. They just get more and more ridiculous I can't help but wonder if they're for real? If it wasn't for the fact that they are unjustly arresting people just for standing up to them every day, I would not be taking them the least bit seriously.

History Repeats Itself

Somethings never change, do they? XD Well, anyway, after that interview I did end up getting the job. I've been in training for a couple of days, and I'm about to be moved on the the sales floor. I'm just glad I didn't have to be near the blood bath on Black Friday. But one thing's for sure...

Return of the Chibis

Here it is, the first Chibi strip in years! Strangely, I found it harder to draw in my old style than my new one, which takes more steps and time to draw. XD Ah, highschool...those were the good old days. I know I have some of the old comics lying around somewhere. Because they were so much fun for us to read, and they're great to reminisce over, I'll also be posting them here. Some of them don't have any dialogue, having added the text later on in the computer after drawing them in traditional media.

I erased my surname out of one of the strips, to remain just a little bit safe, being involved in supporting the Green Movement on my other blog Green With :N:V: (which explains my icon and about me section). Not that I'm in under any risk, being an international supporter, but a little precaution doesn't hurt.

Well, for those of your new to the Chibi Comics, it's basically the chronicles of our highschool days just being your average teenager. We used to hang out often at Universal Citywalk and went to the movies. I used to basically copy off the omake strips in the Gundam Wing mangas, until I moved on to my style. The Chibi Comics were basically a self-insert series, where we weren't a bunch of powerful goddesses, hooking up with our favorite fictional characters, or any stupid Mary-Sue shit like that. The whole point of the Chibi Comics was to make fun of ourselves and all the shenanigans we go into. Most of the strips are true to what really happened, others were just for giggles.

And to all of you, the original cast of the Chibi Comics...welcome back. Now let's have a group hug, because I don't do the whole affection thing very often. :| C'mere. :E *group hug*

Actually, it will be the return of the comic series myself and my friends were fond of. We called them: "Chibi Comics". With it, will also be a second comic series for when I simply don't have any ideas called: "The Neurotic Musings of Dr. Brenfriz". I hope you will be patient with me as I try to update, I do have quite a lot on my hands at this time. :)
